Stuck on “Getting Theme Data”

  1. Make sure that no other mobile app is connecting to it the unit. You can only connect to the unit one mobile app at a time.
  2. Restart the application.
  3. If you still cannot get past “Getting Theme Data”, try restarting SmartTerra unit.
