The Temperature/Humidity Shows 0

If the temperature and humidity level shows 0, this might be because the the temperature/humidity sensor is not working properly.

Gently tap the lid of the unit, then open the lid to check on the sensor. The sensor is located in the middle of the lid. Make sure that the sensor is dry and free of condensation. Wait a few minutes and check the level again in the app.
